• There is no cost to join the Program. Adding in the Gretadeals Reward Programs is free of charge. You don’t have to pay any Subscription fees or hidden charges to join the program or to earn rewards. • Only those who are 18 years of age or older and residents of the USA are eligible to participate in the program. If you are under this age or don't permanently reside in the USA, you cannot join the Program. • In the Gretadeals reward program, you will only be awarded rewards on purchases that fall in the qualifying Purchases Category. • Rewards will only be paid through your registered PayPal Account. Your PayPal account should be registered with the USA address, and one account is allowed for every user. Rewards and minimum payout are paid on a monthly basis. This means when your accrued rewards balance is $10 or more only then payment will be processed.

Account Management 

You can use Gretadeals website without registration, but if you want to get benefits from all features, rewards and benefits, then a registered account is necessary. To create the account, you just have to use your email address, and this account will be for your personal use only. You can’t allow anyone else to use your account, nor may it be transferred or assigned. Gretadeals reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts or rewards at any time, with or without cause. These measures will be taken in the event of a violation of the Terms of Use or fraudulent, abusive or suspicious activity. If any user is found involved in such activity, then he will be responsible for monetary losses, litigation, or arbitration costs. 

You allow Gretadeals to monitor all the activities and interactions of your account, so that security, integrity, and fairness are maintained. If you decide you want to close your account, then select the Delete Account option in the settings. After this, all your personal data or account details will be removed. With this, all your unredeemed rewards will also be voided. And can’t be claimed again. Therefore, before deleting your account, it is important to decide whether you have used your rewards. 

If a member does not make a qualifying purchase within a consecutive year, all accrued rewards in their account will automatically expire. This is because only active and engaged members take part in the program. However, if you want to maintain your account, then you can send a request through a registered email to us, and your expiry date will be extended to 12 months.

This clause is to protect Gretadeals and its affiliates from fraud, misuse, and illegal activity. You should also understand that if Gretadeals undertake an exclusive defense of this claim, you must cooperate fully in this defense, and all fees and expenses will be borne by you.  

Revisions

If this mutual resolution doesn’t work, then disputes will be resolved by mandatory arbitration. This arbitration is done by a neutral arbitrator, and it would be binding, so there’s no need to go to court. Its motive is to solve the disputes in a fair way. 

Arbitration 

• Binding arbitration will be used to resolve any disputes or disagreements that may arise with Gretadeals. This means that you temporarily suspend your legal right to go to court and present your issue In front of a natural arbitrator. This arbitrator will be neither a jury nor a judge but will be a natural person who will make a final and binding decision on the dispute between you and us.
•  The purpose of Arbitration is to resolve issues more quickly, easily and fairly, while saving both parties time and resources. During Arbitration, JAMS streamlined or comprehensive Arbitration rules will be implemented. 
• The comprehensive rule will apply for claims of $5000 or less, while the Streamlined Rules will apply for claims of $5000 or less. In this process, both parties will be given the full opportunity to share their evidence, documents, and necessary information, so that the arbitrator can make a fair and accurate decision. The arbitrator will have the authority to allow discovery and other procedures, but only to the extent necessary for the purpose of arbitration. 
• Arbitration decisions will be considered final and binding. And maybe entered into a court of law if necessary. The fees and costs incurred in the arbitration shall be apportioned equally between the parties, and each party shall pay its share in accordance with the JAMS rule. 
• This method is designed to resolve disputes on an individual basis for each member, so that class-action, mass action, or representative claims are not involved, and the rights of each member are protected. 
• Furthermore, the written findings and conclusions of arbitration are provided to both parties so that they understand the award basis. During this, if a party has to take action for protecting its right or property, the party can petition the court under specific laws, but the entire dispute will be resolved only through Arbitration.  

Class- Action Waiver 

All arbitration or legal claims with Gretadeals will be conducted only on an individual basis, and not on a class of action, representative basis or mass action. This means that each dispute will be resolved separately, and the arbitrator will not have the authority to seek class-wide relief or combine similar claims. This policy is designed to ensure that every member in dispute is handled fairly, and no group or user can represent others. If because of any reason the claim goes to the court, then both parties will waive the trial right. Its purpose is to solve the issues fairly and in an orderly way.
